Are you a CIBC customers and tired of paying those hefty "Other ATM" fees? How do you feel when you pay these fees when there is an CIBC machine just right around the corner?
You can now search for CIBC branch and ATM locations right on your Google Android device and avoid paying these fees.
How does it work?
Super easy, the application uses Android's GPS to locate the nearest CIBC branch/machine then display them on a map, or on a list view sorted by distance nearest to current position (or center of map view, if you move to the list from the map screen, e.g. searching for a location).

Once you find the branch/ATM you would like to go to, you can either tap it on the map or select it on the list, the app will show you details about the location
whether it's a branch or just an ATM and even the branch's phone number. Distance to your current position is also shown for each location (Note that the distance is shown in KM or Miles depending on your phones locale settings, so Canadian users make sure you have your locale set correctly to Canada)
If you are wondering how the the area looks like before you actually arrive there, use the StreetView screen inside the app.
The application also allows you to get directions using Google maps directions.
While a data connection is recommended to make use of the full functionality of the application, the app can also work without data connection, so the nearest location can be found if you were in a bad reception area(Keep in mind that Directions,
StreetView and Google maps do not function when data connection is not present).
